Can Thālo accommodate multi-track agendas?

Absolutely! You'll be able to assign groups in the admin console and apply those group permissions to just about anything in the app. Agenda Tracks, Material Libraries, even push notifications targeted to a select set of users.

What kind of analytics and data can Thālo provide?

Thālo tracks who has logged in, when they were last active, as well as a comprehensive reporting tool to track each piece of content viewed by attendees. These analytics show you not only who is engaged, but what areas of your app are most engaging.

How does Thālo handle privacy and data security?

Personal data of our customers, or your attendees, is never used outside the strict operation of our application. All data is housed within US cloud centers, and encrypted while in transit and at rest. Please contact us for more information, or for a detailed security review.

Is support available if I need it?

Thālo and our parent company BlueprintNYC pride ourselves on providing excellent support. Email and Chat support are available during regular business hours to all Self-Service customers to help you guide you as you administer your event. Every customer additionally receives access to our knowledge base with helpful articles and video tutorials. Additional support packages are also available for programs that full-time app support.
